Mecburiyetten malzeme almak durumunda kaldığımızda (ürün müşterinin seçmiş olduğu bi ürün) asıl film o zaman başlıyor.
Bi palet alınan malzemede artan malzeme iadesi yok.(Elbet bi gün tüketici haklarını bilen birisine denk gelinir)
Nakliye süreci hızlı değil. (Kendi aracımızla almak zorunda kaldık)
Malzemeyi üzerine koydukları palet için 120 tl. istenmesi,iade edeceğiz diye söylediğimizde iade almıyoruz...
İlk ve son diyebilirim...
Herkes esnaf olamıyor...

When we have to buy material out of necessity (the product is a product chosen by the customer), then the actual movie begins.
There is no return of surplus material in the material purchased from a pallet.

1.para iadesi kesinlikle olmuyor.para iadesi olmayainca ürün degistirsen nolcakki.biz mutahitmiyiz alalım başka yerde kullanalım.

Bu olayda bugün geldi başımıza.urunler bize ıslak ve kutusu yarı parçalanmış geldi.bole bişe tabiki olabilir.fakat fazlamiz çıktığı için ürünü iade etmeye gittik başka bı urunle değişim şartı kuralları için.fakat onuda almadılar kutucuk yandan parçalanmış.tam anlayamadım açıkçası ama şunu solim.decusun müşteriye karşı bakış açısı hiç hoş değil.cok uzun sur.ez
