Decathlon Antalya

Good in general, but the prices were old, i was surprised with the prices being even the double of the written price!

It is not comparable to any decathlon branches in big cities, including istanbul. It has more camping equipment in comparison with other branches in antalya but less variety of clothes

Good range of products. Reasonable prices. Easy to access by tram

Very poor customer service. Employees would care less if you keep standing in line for a long time, with 1 cashier on duty. The store manager is obviously absent and employees are not customer-oriented at all.

Shopping at decathlon store does not differ much from shopping at a big box store much like the ones that I am familiar with like Home Depot, Walmart, etc. It is not something that I particularly enjoy doing, wandering around aimlessly, asking the personnel where some whatchamacallit is, finding the right size, or right application, etc. In fact, if it is taking place on a weekend, it is even worse. I am on the edge and at the slightest hint of some terse comment or rejection on the shelf or at the counter; I spew my venom. However, this time when Katya had to go to some camping training session to qualify to join the AKUT, the search and rescue organization of Kalkan, we even weathered the terrible rain and the decrepit weather and went. We were lucky that it was not crowded, a blessing and silver lining of the terrible weather, coupled with the sinking of the Turkish lira and the plummeting PP of the Turks, purchasing (pandemonium) power, Katya and I were met with this young lady with long afro style braids to navigate in the cornucopia of Chinese made French marketed god knows who designed camping and sports equipment shelves. She is pleasant and her niceness is enough to compensate her ignorance on many of the items, hence tolerable, we made our way through the maze, bought a tent, two sleeping bags, and a bunch of other stuff with little of a quarrel, because of my ulterior motive to go camping in the Turkish Riviera this year. So much so that at the cashier I sheepishly handed over my cc and entered by pin into the POS machine without realizing that it was a small fortune. Overall, the place was neat, clean, and the staff were sparse yet friendly. The shelves are not stacked much probably because the merchandise needs foreign exchange payment and/or the store wants to keep the inventory at a bare bone minimum. the parking lot is small and parking is awkward which would have made the whole shopping experience to qualify as a chore, yet I felt much accomplished and lucky to find almost everything on her list and afford it to recommend the place with one caveat: find a pleasant-looking store staff to make the experience even more memorable.

We have been to this chain store in several countries and they truly have a great selection with wonderful prices. There are actually two in the area, and if the one at TerraCity does not have what you want the other one might.

It says sale's everywhere around the shop but there is no sale's items in their stocks..what a nonsense..if you dont have it don't advertise it..
