This company was brilliant we arrived and was greeted at the airport as promised the car they arrived with was excellent and seemed more than I originally booked for no extra charge there was no hastle at all and would highly recommend this company and am looking to rebook already. Booked a car a few weeks ago for a family of 5. Our flight from Manchester got delayed due to a power cut. When we reached in dalaman airport a guy from this company called Ali meets us outside the terminal but has a very bad attitude cause we are English and refused to give me a car which leaves me stranded at the airport. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to hire a car from this company. AVOID

This car hire company is probably the best in Dalaman and surrounding areas. They are very genuine ,reliable,excellent quality cars that are always presented well. Very helpful staff and good English speaking. Fantastic local knowledge and always available should you require help or assistance. A* service. I would recommend this company to anyone. I've used multiple times throughout the whole summer, and each time the level of service has been second to none. The booking process is simple and efficient. You are met outside the airport when you arrive and I was never left waiting. You pay on arrival and it's your choice if by cash or by credit card (added charge by card) and I paid in GBP not Lira. You are then taken to a their offices, a 3/5 minute drive away to complete paperwork. The whole process takes a minimal amount of time and then you are on your way. The return process at the end of your stay here is just as smooth. Extremely polite and welcoming staff, who speak great English and helped me with any questions I had during my rental period. They always replied very quickly, and I was able to extend the rental on one occasion whilst in Turkey without returning to Dalaman to complete this. The cars I have rented have all been of a very good standard, the latest I had was nearly new. You can add an extra driver with no hassle at all. I was very happy each time I used them, great price, trustworthy company, I will certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you

Deal car rental are fantastic, Excellent customer service and brilliant cars. Nothing was too much trouble. They had car seats available for children and provided us with chilled water upon arrival. The staff are extremely helpful and spoke English which was fantastic. But I was extremely pleased that they don't take a deposit upon booking the car, you pay in full when you have seen the car which I was extremely happy with. I will now be using them on every occasion i go to turkey. Honestly book with deal car rental you wont regret it they are definatly 5 star ⛥⛥⛥⛥⛥

Online booking process was simple and easy. All questions were promptly answered by instant email replies. On our arrival we were met at the airport and taken to their nearby office where the minimal paperwork formalities were completed. Payment was in pound sterling cash - no credit card or deposit were required. The car was better than we had booked at no extra charge and it was nice to be remembered from our previous booking four years ago. Car return was equally simple - drop off at their office just up the road from the airport, a short drive to the departures entrance and a handshake. No tedious paperwork or unpleasant extra charges as you get with the multinationals. Overall, this is an excellent local company to deal with. 100% reliable and competitively priced. Recommended.

Had a car from Deal Car Hire for a recent 2 week holiday in Turkey and the service was fantastic. The booking process was very simple and their price was the cheapest i found for the time i wanted. We were met at arrivals and i was on my way in less than 10 minutes. The car was slightly older than some (2016 model) but it was in very good condition and did the job just fine. Dropping off was just as easy and we were taken straight to departures by the very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Deal Car Hire and i will definitely be using them again for my next trip to Turkey.
