Çalışanlar o kadar boş ki 2 dakika'ya bir dışarı çıkıp sigara içiyorlar. Buranın bu kadar boş olmasını normal karşılıyorum. Olur ya işletme yetkilileri ya da sahipleri burayı okursa, buranın iyi bir ayar çekilmesi lazım. Çalışanları olsun hizmet kalitesi olsun. Ben dayıyı çok severdim. Artık önünden geçmem. Sadece genel olarak Erzurum'da ıslak mendil ve peçete vermek çok alışılmış bir şey değil herhalde, isteyince onları da getirdiler.
