Sitede spor salonu , çok amaçlı bir sosyal alan, lokal , basketbol sahası ve açık yüzme havuzu mevcut. Sitede ısınma merkezi olarak kömürlü kazan sistemi kullanılıyor. Sitede özel güvenlik görevlisi ve kapıcı var.
A site consisting of 76 blocks of four blocks built by Damla İnşaat in 2014. On the site, each apartment has a parking lot. The site has a gym, a multi-purpose social area, a local, basketball court and an outdoor swimming pool. The coal boiler system is used as a heating center in the site. The site has a private security guard and a concierge.
