Had a peaceful & relaxing time at this lovely hotel. All staff made us feel welcome. Room (3208) was comfortable & kept clean by our maid, who was such a lovely, freindly lady, round every morning doing an excellent job. Food was delicious & good choices. Nice pool area with plenty of beds around the pool, lots of seating around the gardens & several small piers/decking areas by the river. Definitely recommend ?

We had ten days at this hotel in group of 8, the location is great, it is placed directly on the River with great views of the Tombs, there are regular water taxis to Turtle Beach which staff will call for you. The rooms are good with aircon. The staff are attentive and very helpful, friendly and really nice. They used full Covid 19 precautions while we were there. The main problem we had was that the management style is quite authoritarian, just one example, they don't have kettles in the room for a relaxed cuppa first thing and despite online feedback saying you only need to ask we were told quite clearly this was not allowed, you have to go to the restaurant. You're not allowed to bring food or drink into your room is another. The one we really didn't like was when we asked to extend our room to allow for a late departure, we paid a substantial extra fee. That's OK but when we enquired if that included a meal we were told that you English take cheap late flights and you'll have to get something at the airport. We pointed out that we had paid in full for our first day but arrived at past 11pm which meant that we missed a meal that day without as much as a sandwich in our room as a consideration for our late arrival which is common in other hotels. I'm not someone to take offence but it was hard not to when the very shirty manager identifies the English in this way, particularly when we are the only ones keeping the hotel open during the pandemic. The staff were fantastic but the management is heavy handed and rude.

Fantastic! This has become one of our favourite places to stay abroad. The whole team are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. The facilities at the hotel leave nothing wanting too. Clean, well looked after and set in wonderful gardens with views over the river and ancient tombs in the mountains. We only took breakfast at the Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food provided. Do not expect traditional English breakfasts, instead chose from a fantastic range of locally grown produce, Turkish and European fair. We enjoyed this greatly and found it set us up ready for the day. We preferred to eat out in the evening but I'm sure the evening meals at the resort would be equally delicious!

My third stay in this hotel and will be returning in September. This time obviously the Covid precautions were in place. The staff all wore their masks and breakfast was served instead of being a buffet. There is plenty of room between the sunbeds and loads of other places to sit such as the jetties if you wish to be even more isolated! As a solo traveller I feel very safe at this hotel, and very well, but carefully, looked after. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and make it a very friendly, informal place to enjoy your holiday.

An enjoyable stay despite the spa being closed due to COVID. The rooms are in good order, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Osman Bey, who appeared to be the ‘go-to’ person for all the guests. A good spread of food for breakfast, the pancakes are particularly good. Supper is self-service and social distancing was difficult. (I have seen social distancing practiced much better in many other hotels - reason for 3 rating). The reception staff were an excellent source of advice for arranging local trips. The gardens are delightful with many places to hide and read a book.

Returned from 10 night stay. Hotel is well presented and sits in a beautiful location. Originally booked as Half board, but changed to B&B after 4 days due to selection of food not being to our liking. Staff are very attentive and helpful, especially Ali who goes beyond the call of duty to ensure you have everything you need. Credit to you sir. Rooms well equipped and cleaned everyday. Super holiday enjoyed by all.

My wife and I have just returned from holiday having spent a wonderful week at this hotel. I have never written a review before but owing to the superb service we received on this visit I felt it right to record my appreciation. Without exception the staff were welcoming and extremely professional. Special mention to the every smiling barman John (Travolta!) and our ever helpful waiter Hidayet and his young lady assistant. Their individual attention was beyond what we would expect and they all made our visit a wonderful holiday experience. The owner of the hotel made time to introduce herself and spent time sitting with us. A fabulous holiday such that we have booked to return to this hotel next year. Can’t recommend highly enough.
