We listened to their advice .. the vehicle they gave was great in terms of price and performance. They never made us wait at the airport. Try it for safety and comfort.

I made a reservation for them from the outside of the city and made a reservation about a friend and company. If I go back to Dalaman again I will not work with anyone other than this company.

If you are going to rent a car in Dalaman and around the company to receive information from this company would be a mistake. They really help. They didn't have the car I ordered and they helped us get the same money for a top model car. What more do you get.

I’ve rented dozens of cars in the past and never have I had a worse experience.
They confirmed our rental a few days before our trip via email. When we arrived at the airport and couldn’t find their representative, we called them and were told our that our reservation had been canceled. We were not informed beforehand, not by phone or by email.
Furthermore, the agent from the company was incredibly rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. The worst customer service experience I’ve had in Turkey.
If you want your reservation canceled at the last minute, rude customer service, to be stranded at the airport last minute .. choose this company. Otherwise, stay away.
