It's not a cultural center.
Small space off the top. I'm going to say the renovation needed, but it looks like it was destroyed. Remodeling can be done in a beautiful Cultural Center with a new project instead of being demolished complete. A place not worthy of Dalaman.

Ayrıca Canlı müzik ruhsatı olmamasına rağmen belediyenin işletmesi olduğu için belediye belediyeyi ısırmaz mantığı ile ruhsatsız bir şekilde işletilen illegal bir müessedir. Kimsenin halkın huzurunu bozmaya hakkının olmadığı gibi belediyenin de hakkı yoktur. Açıkça görevi suistimal suçu işlenmektedir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gürültü kirliliği.... Saygısızlık la yapılan düğün gürültüsü neredeyse her akşam devam ediyor .... Çocuklar sabahtan derslere başlayacak diye gürültü den dinlenemiyorlar. Ne kadar şikayet etsek de düzeltme yok.
Noise pollution .... Wedding noise with disrespect continues almost every evening .... Children cannot rest because of the noise starting from the morning. No matter how much we complain, there is no fix.
