Probably the other 5 star reviews are from there own employees and owner.
1. They gave the car on empty fuel tank with only 1 bar fuel.... I asked them to fill it up and give the car with full tank as is done in the whole world, and there reply was to just give it back on 1 bar fuel .... so i have to drive all the way with stress of running out of fuel or give the car back with more fuel.
2. You will have to pay for the airport charges yourself if you choose the airport pickup/delivery. They don't mention it on the website and also do not refund it.
3. When returning the car, no one was present at the office. So i had to wait extra 25 minutes for them. What if i was running late for flight??

He telephoned dalaman car hire to confirm details who then told him they could not rent him a car for 2 days as bayram was coming and only rent out for a minimum of 7 days. Appalling service definitely would not recommend
