Dalaman Airport Grande Car Rental

Brilliant company to deal with, and very quick response on e-mail or what’s app mobile phone. I rent car a lot of times in Dalaman and Grande Cars have will be top of my list next time. Thanks to Mehmet and his team at Grande Cars.

Last week rented a car from Grande rentals. The car was in good shape, only 30kms been made before. The staff is sincere and speaks English well. 10/10

We had great experience with this company. They were very resposnive via email and whatsapp. On our arrival their employee waited for us at the airport. The car was nice and new and no credit card is needed if you get full insurance. You can pay with card or cash and get a discount.They redirected us to Proper car rental, which is I guess their sister company, but all was good. I highly recommend it and if I ever need a car rental again in Dalaman I would use their service again.

This is a superb rental company and I am reviewing as a repeat customer. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, speak excellent English and make the booking procedure very easy. Unlike most other rental companies, there are NO hidden charges, extra insurance, deposits or fees, here you pay exactly what you were quoted online. The cars are always the latest models with very little use, so it always make you feel like you are driving a brand new car. They are spotlessly clean inside and out. You are met at the arrival department at the airport by a friendly representative and the cars are parked a very short walk from there. We were signed for the car and our holiday had started. I would also like to thank Mehmet. We met at the airport the 1st time we had rental a car. I asked him if he could recommend some nice places to visit. For the next 2 hours I just received a list of places to visit, all added to Google maps. That was a special holiday. Thank you.

This is by far the BEST car rental agency! Not only are the prices extremely competitive, the service is impeccable. This is the third time I rent from this company and I would not even bother to look elsewhere. Max came to get me at the airport every single time, and went out of his way to respond to my needs, including getting me a sim card so I can have Internet connection upon arrival. He will check on you to make sure you are ok with the car and recuperated the car upon return an hour away from Dalaman. Max is attentive and simply has a heart of gold. You'd be in excellent hands with him. The cars are also excellent! Highly highly highly recommend!

This is an excellent rental company. The staff were helpful, knowledge and friendly. Someone was waiting for me as I got off my late night flight. Unlike so many other rental companies I have used, the car was really close to us in the airport car park, not a long walk away dragging bags around. The car was like brand new, very few KM, spotlessly clean and it had fuel in it! There were no unexpected charges to pay and the paperwork was simple and fast and he was so helpful getting me acquainted with my car. The return process after my holiday was superb too, the car was collected right outside the arrival gate where I was unloading my luggage. There was no scrutiny of the car searching for any little stone chips in an attempt to charge me extra money, simply unload your bags and hand back the keys. The experience could not have been better and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you very much.

Little misunderstanding at the very beginning of my one week rental concerning my arrival time but quickly resolved and overall good and smooth experience, friendly service and the car in good condition. Delivering the car with full tank and returning with full tank would be better for customers.

I had a Renault Megane for one week. I really liked the provided service. I had received the car in good conditions and the communication worked well. The car was reliable. As foreigner, please let me tell you a further experience: Within my week of rental, the car has been scratched by someone. The person did not leave any contact details. The police did not provide any report - thus I had to pay 1250 TL for the scratch to be repaired. I really was disappointed by the police being unwilling to provide a report. With a report, the insurance would have covered the charges. Please be aware to check the car always. If this ever happens to you, call the police. Perhaps you are more lucky than me. If I return to Dalaman, I will use Grande Car Rental again. I recommend their service.
