I'm removing the nice comment I made before because of the bad behavior and scolding of the owner of the company. I would accept the rude bad behavior of the customer, but the bad behavior of the owner of the company is unacceptable.

There is nothing they can't fix. They are already doing the normal things with success. The important thing is, when you ask how we can solve the troublesome business with the least cost, sit down and watch the solution alternatives :)
