Daima Biz Hotel

Garbage, safety is very bad, slippery floors no warning signs, food is so bad I can't describe. Rooms smells sigarents (changed 2 rooms ) still same. Around hotel smells like pee. I would never stay there even if they offer me money to stay that's how bad it is. I'm not talking about rude services.. just drive here go look at the hotel from outside and walk to the beach then you will see how terrible is to be here. I left here 2 days before my check out.

Even 2 stars for this hotel is too much))) food was ok, beach also, animation as well, but it’s too dirty there-it’s no matter does they have housekeeping and clean staff or not. Pee-smelling in the halls on the way to rooms, dirty doors, walls. It was disgusting to touch it-we did our own cleaning after arriving. Water-park is also ok. Was free. Beach has a very big stones-you have to get special shoes. Generally, this hotel is ok, if you never pay attention for clean stuff)

It’s only a hotel with three star facility , don’t go with high expectation . Food is also average with lot of food items repeating . Only good thing is the beach in walkable distance and water theme park .

Unfortunatelly, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars. In real life, maybe up to three. Long story short, the food and accomodation is quite poor. There is nothing tasty to eat, especially not for kids. The room is dating from mid 20th century with the smell of the mould felt immediately on enterance, very bad. Nobody speeks English from stuff. During lunch and dinner times, the queue of people is formed, in an attempt to get something to eat. The line always breaks and you can see that people are unsatisfied. It's nobady's fault but mine not reading any comments and reviews about the place before I came here with my family.

The staff were good, but the rooms are old. It does not deserve to be more than of 3 stars

The hotel is not recommended at all, the service is disgusting, the reception is treated with contempt, the queue for the bar is at least 15 minutes or more and the bartenders are amateurs and when they pour you a cocktail it looks more like medicine. And the cheapest alcohol they could get. The food is not tasty, the hospital serves tastier food and in addition the menu does not change and every day the same food. The reception wanted a bribe to get me in early from check-in time. And the bartenders demand a tip and if you do not put a tip you will be treated like a beggar. I do not call this place a hotel and do not return there for free either.

It doesn't deserve 5 stars. Food - 2. Staff - 2. The hotel has dilapidated rooms, old furniture. Very bad. I don’t recommend it. My reservation was lost, although my voucher said otherwise. The staff behaves insolently. Especially the girl Catherine at the reception. If you want to spoil your vacation, then you are welcome.

If You are reading this text maybe it is not too late. I am writing this comment just to make sure at least one holiday could be saved. P.S. I am sharing this without any emotional stuff, just pure facts. This hotel is terrible. We had our holidays planned on 2021.07.01. After arrival it took 2 hours and we called our travel agency asking if we can change hotel with additional fee if needed. Luckily we payed extra 200 Eur and started our holiday on 07.02 in Gravel Hotel Kemer (we do recommend this one) Now about Daima Biz. Be aware that staff only speaks Turkish or Russian, no English. Rooms are very sad looking, not comfortable at all. There are no beautiful view from rooms. We asked for a baby bed, but did not get it, until we asked for a second time in the evening. We got broken one, staff said it was the only one they got and it looks okay to them. Food in hotel is a disaster, there is literally nothing delicious to eat. Drinks are made from powder sugar. Absolutely nothing for babies. We went to buy food to local store outside hotel. The only thing we did not try was aqua park, but I will be fully honest with anyone who is reading, I can not believe that Aqua park could cover all other minuses, which are HUGE. This hotel is suitable only if you have ultra-low-standards and don't care about value for money at all. Please listen and rely on my comment and avoid this hotel for your own sake. By the way, we left 2 jackets while transferring to other hotel (pity, our fault), but Daima Biz hotel did not return the jacket to us, even after i wrote several emails and even called them. In fact we did not get any answer at all. Have a good holidays everyone & don't let this hotel ruin them. Cheers!
