We stayed for 1 night with our child. I also reported the shortcomings to the reception. There was no soap in the bathroom. They said there were 2 small hotel Shampoo available. Breakfast is buffet but the peaches were not washed as far as I could see. Watermelon can be pre-cut; It was sour, like syrup. When I told the officer it was removed and a new one was not even brought. Would I choose again? Not after this experience.

Everything was fine except the pillows. Cleaning isn't bad. Breakfast is adequate. The beds are comfortable. Wifi is fast.

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the manager, jasmine, the cleanliness of the rooms and the service, the only hotel I would prefer when I came to Kastamaon at the first opportunity.

Sorry it was a bad experience. You ask why? At 3 o'clock in the night, people of disrespectful men and women were shouting and arguing as if they were in their own house. Since the door handle is WC type, you can't lock it when you go out for breakfast.. I always wanted to make a change this time while staying at another hotel even cheaper, but I regretted it.. I guess I will never come here..

Rooms are filthy. The bathroom toilet is filthy. The breakfast is open buffet, but there are only cucumbers and tomatoes, they have 1 or 2 slices. It's a disgraceful place.

I stayed for 3 nights, the rooms were clean and beautiful, thanks to Ms. Nilüfer. Not one of the businesses that make you eat to live, but the ones that make you live to eat, officially, the breakfast was also very diverse and all of them were of excellent taste. Moreover, its proximity to the market is an excellent plus. Central location. As I am typing this right now, I have to go and stay again. ????
