★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünü satın aldıktan iki gün sonra elime ulaştı. Ürün kalitesinden çok memnunum. Montaj esnasında boyunlugunun iki adet vidasinin eksik olduğunu fark ettim. Telafisi için satıcı firmaya yazdım. Firmaya naçizane tavsiyem paketlerden koli zarar görmesin diye kolinin içerisinde üründen boş kalan yerleri köpük, kağıt veya plastik ambalajlarla desteklemekte fayda var. Aksi halde ürün zarar görebilir.
I received the product two days after purchasing it. I am very satisfied with the product quality. During the assembly, I noticed that two screws of the neck collar were missing. I wrote to the seller for compensation. My humble advice to the company is that it is useful to support the empty parts of the product with foam, paper or plastic packaging so that the parcel is not damaged by the packages. Otherwise, the product may be damaged.
