★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam bir rezalet, üzülerek yazıyorum, benim güzel şehrime ve insanlarıma bu hizmet hiç yakışmıyor, hele hele Erzurum'umuzu temsil etmesi utanç verici, mavinin vurdumduymaz olması, şoförun umursamaz olması, araç içi hizmet vs. vs. sıfır... Umarım güzel bir düzen ve disiplin kurar ve ona göre hizmet ederler.
It is a complete disgrace, I am writing with sadness, this service does not suit my beautiful city and my people, especially if it represents our Erzurum, it is embarrassing, the blue is indestructible, the driver does not care, the in-car service etc. etc. zero ... I hope they establish a good order and discipline and serve accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 ocak 2022 saat 12 tarifesine bilet aldık. Namaz vakitlerine dikkat etmediler öğle namazında durmadilar israrimiza rağmen...koltukları bozuk tv diye koymuşlar kirik ekranlar çalışmıyor ve açmadılar bari koltuklardan kaldırın.ozellikle koltuklar rahat degildi
We bought tickets for 20 January 2022 at 12 o'clock. They didn't pay attention to the prayer times, they didn't stop at the noon prayer, despite our insistence...they put the seats as broken TV, the broken screens don't work and they didn't open it, at least remove it from the seats.especially the seats were not comfortable

2 years ago, when I moved from Istanbul to Erzurum, my cats were not taken as a basis, neither inside nor in the trunk, God willing, my father brought them without any problems.
After that day always bro ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the bus from Erzurum to Istanbul with bicycle and the trip was particularly bad.
The driver drives smoking cigarettes during the whole trip, the phone in the other hand, drives poorly - always on the left lane, dangerously trying to pass anyone he sees.
They broke some parts of the bicycle (although they charged for the bike 100TL) while putting it inside and outside the cargo compartment (handling a several thousand dollars bike like a bag of potatoes).
No stops/breaks for 6h prior to Istanbul, no toilet in the bus, and even better the driver got lost arriving in Istanbul (because on the phone) and realized that he had to turn half way to Bulgaria, 2h lost at the end.
In short, take a more reliable company!
