Bu kişilerden daire almayın, onlarla kat karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesi imzalamayın, evrak işlemi yaptırmayın mümkünse dükkanlarının önünden geçmeyin.
 These scammers are the biggest proof that the Turkish justice system is not working. If the justice system was working, they would definitely be crawling around prison corners. Do not buy flats from these people, do not sign a construction contract in return for a flat with them, do not do paperwork, do not pass by their shops if possible.

There is no construction they have done in Kayseri until today. They make an agreement with the land owners and lay the foundation, then they make them wait for years, making the landlords victims.
Do not be deceived by the fact that they talk about Allah and the book. There is no right to eat on them.
