★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce bir süre araba yetkili satıcılarına gitmeme rağmen en düzensiz ve en ilgisiz bence burası. Servis bölümüne girmedim ama satış bölümü çok kötü. İlgisizler, mağazanın iç dizaynı çok kötü. Soğuk havada gidiyorsanız sıkı giyinin. Garanti olarak üşürsünüz.
Although I went to car dealerships for a while before, I think this is the most irregular and uninteresting place. I did not enter the service section, but the sales section is very bad. They are not interested, the interior design of the store is very bad. If you're going in cold weather, dress warmly. You will be cold as a guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle merhabalar özerler yetkili beyinden 2016 da dacia sandero aldım 6 yıldır sorunsuz kullanıyorum servis bakımlarını devamlı orada yaptırıyorum teknik servis bölümünde ustalar Gayet ilgili hepsi güler yüzlü aracıma devamlı aynı usta baktı emeğine eline sağlık gerçekten işini dürüst yapıyor teşekkürler musa ustaya gözüm arkamda kalmadan bakım yaptığı arabayı kullanıyorum. Sorunsuz nezaman ararsam her konuda yardımcı oluyor.tesekkürler özerler yetkilileri ve çalışanları.
First of all, hello, I bought a dacia sandero from the authorized brain of Özerler in 2016. I have been using it for 6 years without any problems, I have always had the service maintenance done there, the masters in the technical service department. . Whenever I call without any problem, it helps in every way. Thank you, Özerler officials and employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şimdi hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorum, bir yıllık arabamın %100 haklı olduğum kaporta hasarından sonra far yuvası plastik aksamın, ezilen klima radyötörünün ,etrafındaki plastik kasnağın, motoraltindaki plastik korumanın değiştirilmeyip tamir edildiğini öğrendim( anadolu sigorta ful kaskom varken) gözükmediği için ne servis uyardı, ne sigorta...hiç biride sorumluluk üstlenmedi...sigortacım bana ankara ostim' mi işaret etti...servis experi, anadolu sg, dosyayı kapadık dedi ve ben hasarlı parçaları nasıl yaptırırım diye düşünüyorum..servis ,experi,anadolu sgorta kırmızı kart....
Now I'm disappointed, after a year of hood damage of my car, which I was 100% right about, I learned that the plastic part of the headlight housing, the crushed air conditioner radiator, the plastic pulley around it, the plastic protection under the engine were not replaced and repaired (while I have full insurance), neither the service warned nor the insurance. ...no one took any responsibility...my insurer pointed me to ankara ostim...service experi, anatolu sg said, we closed the file and I'm thinking how can i get the damaged parts done..service ,experi,anadolu insurance red card.. ..
