The mosque is located in the Khanci region, in the vicinity of Kelleci Stream. In the west gate book; It is written that it was built in 1568 (Hijri 975). It is estimated that Behram Pasha was not known. The building is covered with three domes parallel to the altar. On the entrance door, there is the body of the mosque (the architectural section for the voice of the imam), which is the only example in the Urfa mosques. The minaret, located in the northwest, has seven floors as an ornament. Mosque, 1759 (Hijri 1173) Mohammad Bihsevi Agha, who ruled between 1603-1617 during the reign of Sultan Ahmed II, Ramazan Aga son of Abdullah, 1887 (Hijri 1305), an unidentified person, according to an undated epigraph was repaired by son of Husayn Namdar Seyyid Muhammad. . In addition, there is an inscription in his grave in the courtyard. The tomb is 4 rows and its first 3 lines have been destroyed. Only the name Behram Pasha is read in the first row. Behram Pasha seems likely to be the owner of the building, given the hijri 970 (M 1562) on the 4th line, and the Customs House was also made at these dates.
