★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ay öncesinden kiraladıģım aracı başkasına vermişler. Havalimanına indikden sonra öğrendim arabayı başkasına verdiklerini. Güya sistemde rezervasyonunuz yok diye telefonda oyalamaya çalışıp 2dk sonra arayın bakayım dediler 2dk sonra telefonu açmadılar. Ofisine gittim orda birden rezervasyonumu gördüler ama güya bi hatadan dolayi baskasina vermisler yarım saat tartışmadan sonra elim boş döndüm ve saatlerce ortada kaldım. Benim çektiğim eziyetlerde emeği geçen herkese haram zıkkım olsun inşallah
 They gave the car I rented 2 months ago to someone else. After landing at the airport, I learned that they gave the car to someone else. Supposedly because you don't have a reservation in the system, they tried to keep busy on the phone and called after 2 minutes. I went to their office, they saw my reservation, but they gave it to someone else because of a mistake, after half an hour of discussion, I came back empty-handed and was left in the middle for hours. I hope everyone who has contributed to my suffering is haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental , I went to the system they have and I made the reservation , they sent an auto email to me and they said that they will contact me shortly ,after one full week I contact them asking that I did not get my final confirmation , reply come after one full week that sorry your car type not available, I asked them what's available with no answer , I sent after that several emails with no answer , what a customer service renting a car , I do not recommend any none known name , always go to the well known reputable names globally that's my advice
