 Do not buy Dsmart and thus you will not have to enter this dealer. I have been trying to cancel it for 3 months, I still could not deliver the materials. I had to give it to be able to comment on 1 star.

Neyse taahhüt cezası ödicem ve kurtulacağım. 2 Haftadan fazladır internetimiz yok her aradığımda haklısınız diyip teknik servis yönlendiriyoruz diyorlar yönlendirilen serviste buradaki (DİJİPA) asla telefonunu açmıyor ihtiyacı yok herhalde anlamadım. Madem öyle bayilikten çıkar kardeşim çok mu zor. Asla çözüm üretmiyorlar haklısınız anlıyoruz not ettik. Yazıklar olsun yaaa bir daha asla asla yani..

Biraz bilgim olsaydı adını bile anmazdım dolandırıldım d smart tarafından aboneliğimi iptal etmiyorlar üstüne borç çıkarıyorlar ödüyorum kabul etmiyorlar. İptal etmedikleri için her ay borç çıkarıyorlar. Tam bir dolandırıcı firma aklı olan asla D smartta abone olmasın! Tüketici haklarına başvuracağım ziyandan başka bir şey değil bu firma!

Cihaz iadesi için bu şubeye giriyorsunuz cihazı asla kabul etmiyorlar amaç sizi oyalayıp 1500tl cihaz bedelini faturanıza yansıtmak. Hiç bir laflarına inanmayın.
Definitely stay away from this company. once you have created a subscription, you cannot get rid of it no matter what you do. It's as if their employees were trained to lie all the time and deceive people. You enter this branch for device return, they never accept the device, the aim is to distract you and reflect the 1500tl device cost on your bill. Don't believe any of their words.

D smart üzerinden sizi arayıp çeşitli yalanlarla satmaya çalışıyorlar. Beni ilk başta kaçak yayın yapıyorsunuz diyip satmaya çalıştılar kabul etmedim. Sonradan internet kampanyanız bitti kampanya olarak d smart ve interneti çok makul fiyata sundular kabul ettim ama internetim aynı ve üzerine d smart kabul ettim ama böyle bir kampanya yokmuş iptal için çok uğraştım ben uğraştım siz uğraşmayın sakın bunların yalanlarına inanmayın!!!!

They offered d smart and internet as a campaign at a very reasonable price, I accepted, but my internet was the same and I accepted d smart on top of it, but there was no such campaign, I tried so hard to cancel, I tried, don't bother, don't believe their lies!!!!
