2 months im asking to transfer my adsl to new address, 1st time they said that my building has no internet box- it has a box- and there are 2 lines 1st D-Smart 2nd Turktelekom .
2nd time they said i did not pay for bill, i paid it and they said that my address is not right.
when someone calls customer service, the answer machine says press 9 for english, once you press it the call ends with a silly message that they will call you back.
bad customer service, no english customer service , delay , cheating ...
