Cihazı teslim ettiğimiz bamer çalışanı on numara D. SMART bana göre sifir onlarca aradım karşımda muhatap bulamadım o yüzden cihazı kullanmadan bir görüntü seyretmeden iade ettim çok şükür kurtuldum üstüne birde 46 TL.lik fatura yansitmislar kullanmadığım cihaza
The bamer employee to whom we delivered the device is number ten. D. SMART, according to me, I searched for zero, I could not find a contact person, so I returned the device without watching a video without using it, thank goodness I got rid of it and they sent an invoice of 46 TL to the device that I did not use.

Çok kötü hizmet veren bir şirket. Sakın burası ile iş yapmayın. D-smart internet aldık bize 500 tl ye modem sattılar. Garanti belgesi, fatura ve tahsilat makbuzu vermeden parayi alıp gittiler. Modem 3 ay sonra bozuldu. Yeni modem sattilar ben evde yokken annem yeni modem i satın almış 600 tl modem satmislar yine garanti belgesi fatura ve tahsilat makbuzu yok. Bunların sattığı modem trend yolda 450 tl çok kötü hizmetleri var calisanlari saygisiz ve ofis tellerine cevap veren yok. Böyle ticaret olmaz.
A very poor service company. Do not do business with this place. We bought D-smart internet and they sold us a modem for 500 TL. They took the money and left without giving warranty certificate, invoice and collection receipt. Modem broke after 3 months. They sold a new modem, while I was not at home, my mother bought the new modem and sold 600 TL modem, again, there is no warranty certificate, invoice and collection receipt. The modem they sell is 450 TL on the trend road, they have very bad services, their employees are disrespectful and no one answers the office wires. There is no such trade.

This d smart dealership is so relevant that I went in normally and left feeling almost special. Since a friend of mine didn't have time, I went and changed my modem and this is so friendly and solution-oriented information-filled conversation is really number one. Thank you d smart bamer e

Baska bayiden iade ettigim adsl modemimin yerine vdsl modem talebimi olusturmadiklari icin bu bayiiye gelmek zorunda kaldim.ilgilendiler kibarca ancak kurumdaki musteri hizmetlerindeki arkadas tarife degisikligi yaparken modemi istedigim bayiden alabilecegimi soylemsti 32 farkli bayiiye sordum vdsl modem her bayide olmuyor. I had to come to this dealer because they did not create my vdsl modem request instead of my adsl modem that I returned from another dealer. They were interested, but politely, a friend in the customer service in the institution said that I could get the modem from the dealer I wanted while making a tariff change. They said that we can bring it with the service. Later, there was a service fee, additionally, these were not mentioned when buying the package.

D-SMART acenteleri iyi niyetli insanlar.Çoğunluğu mağdur ve iptale gelen vatandaşları güleryüzle dinliyorlar.Sorun ve uzak durulması gereken D-SMART in kendisi. Üye olurken 3 defa düşünün ve kesinlikle İnternet abonesi olmayın.Sağlayıcı değiller.
D-SMART agencies are well-intentioned people. They listen to the citizens, most of whom are victims and cancelled, with a smile. The problem is D-SMART itself, which should be avoided. Think 3 times while becoming a member and definitely do not become an Internet subscriber. They are not providers.
