Büroya gittimeye çalıştım verilen adresle hiç alakası yok, gitsenizde sonuç yok. Asya digital: You called me and got my approval for Internet + D-Smart, d smat has been installed, it says no internet application. Halbuki böyle bir durum yokmuş. Rezillik bununla da bitmedi benim adıma 1 paket aboneliği yerine aynı paketten 2 paket aboneliği yapmışlar. Benim ne bu bayiye gitmişliğim ne de iletişim kurmuşluğum vardı. Kendi ayağıyla bu bayiye gidenlerin vay haline!! One day, they called me and said that my bill, which was 120 TL, would increase to 190 TL, if a package was defined, my bill would continue from 154 TL. I said ok too. However, such a situation did not exist. The disgrace did not end there, they made 2 packages from the same package instead of 1 package subscription for me. Google daki numaradan firmayı arayıp yardım istediğimde azarlar gibi konuştu. Ardından tansiyonu yükseltip, "hayvan" diyip telefonu yüzüme kapattı. Ardından Dsmart' ı tekrar aradım, farklı 2 adres daha verdiler 2 adreste de firma yoktu. Tüm günüm tüm işimi gücümü bırakarak dsmartı aramakla geçti. Gerçekten rezil bir firma hem Dsmart hem bayisi olan Asya Dijital. Müşterisine hakaret edebilen, asla ulaşılamayan ve kötü hizmet veren başka bir firma daha görmedim kesinlikle uzak durun I got the address of this company from customer service to deliver the D smart digital box. When I went to the location, I could not find the company. When I called the company from the number on Google and asked for help, he spoke like a scolding. Bi iptal için gittim oflaya puflaya iş yapıyor elinden gelse kovacak yani aşırı saygısızlar. Yorumlar da hemen hemen hep aynı neden bi bakılıp düzenleme getirilmiyor anlamış değilim ama Allah kurtarsın D-smart üyeliğinden herkesi. Don't go for the cancellation process, definitely don't even go in my opinion, they have terrible customer service. Service means a word. I went for a cancellation, he's doing business with a sigh of relief, he'll fire them if he can, so they're extremely disrespectful. I don't understand why the comments are almost always the same, but God save everyone from D-smart membership.

Daha sonra gelen faturayla birlikte böyle bişey olmadığını anladım. Şikayetçi oldum üyeliğim ücretsiz iptal edildi. Bu tarz dolandırıcılara inanmayın nerden aradıkları hakkında bile yalan söylediler. Completely scammers called me, they made a joint campaign with Vodafone net, the state removed the tax in order to prevent illegal broadcasts, and they made a d Smart membership to use my internet with a discount. With the invoice that came later, I realized that there was no such thing. I made a complaint and my membership was canceled free of charge. Don't believe these kind of scammers, they even lied about where they are calling from.
