★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldız verdiğimde ki dönüş hızınızı keşke kredi kartından yanlışlıkla 2 kere fazla çektiğinizi (bağlantı kurulamadığını, işlemin gerçekleşmediğini söyleyip 3 sefer çekim işlemi yapılmıştı) farkedip iade için başvurduğum zaman da görseydim. Aylarca uğraşmıştım, çalışanlar da çözüm yönünde pek çaba göstermemişlerdi. Param kalmadı tabi ama hoş olmayan bir hatıra duruyor.
I wish I had seen your turnaround speed when I gave a star, when I realized that you accidentally overcharged my credit card 2 times (it said that the connection could not be established, the transaction was not completed and the transaction was made 3 times) and applied for a refund. I struggled for months, and the employees did not make much effort towards a solution. Of course I have no money left, but an unpleasant memory remains.

We bought suits from Kayseri forum branch, they were very interested until they sold it. We wanted to return the shoes, they did not accept them after 1 day. For the change, the same product on the internet, the same price, they asked for a difference of 125 TL. Employees are removing the labels on the products in a way that I cannot understand. I guess there are things they don't want us to see. For example, they remove the label on the handkerchief, which says clearly and distinctly, with the label price (although it is up-to-date with the revision date) 69.90 on the product, and withdraws 99.90 TL at the checkout. Strange.
