Bence bir okulda bu kadar ayrımcalık yapılmamalı
I don't think there should be such discrimination in a school.

I was enrolled here and can remember the time well, even if I did not go to school for a long time. One day, for the math class, we were asked to bring dried beans for arithmetic. We had no home and due to the usual money shortage did not have the means to buy, so the next day I like 2 other children without the beans to attend the lessons appeared. We were unable to comply with the teacher's request to teach them at the beginning of the lesson, so we had to humiliate ourselves at the blackboard and were then grabbed one after another by the teacher on both ears and our heads hit against the blackboard several times. When he "finished" with us, we had to get out on the street and pick up stones as an alternative to the beans. This is of course not the fault of the school itself, because unfortunately was the beating of children at that time still common and even at home one was reprimanded when complaint against it, because the teachers were indeed "saints" and were never allowed to be criticized. I wish that this should never happen to other children, because these are our future and behind every being is a personal destiny.

The construction of the school building was started in 1972 in the Girne District of the Şehitkamil district, it was completed in 1974 and opened to education. Our school, which was opened, was named "Cyprus Primary School" as it started its activities during the Cyprus Peace Operation in 1974. The names of our neighborhoods and streets are also made up of the names of the rescued city and martyred heroes in Cyprus. In 1974, our first building, which had 14 classrooms, started education with approximately 500-700 students. The number of students reached 1500 with the educational mobilization between 1982-1983 in our school, where normal education was given at first, and the increase in the surrounding settlements increased the number of students in a very short time, bringing our class sizes to 100. With the construction of a new building with 6 classrooms adjacent to our old building in 1991, the burden of our school has been reduced a bit. However, it could not reduce its class size below 60. With the increase of compulsory education to eight years in our country, its name changed to "Cyprus Primary School" with the 8th article of the Law No. 4306 dated 16/8/1997, and the primary school and secondary school started to operate together. 11/04/2012 The name of our school was changed to "Cyprus Primary Education Institution" in accordance with the 'Law on the Amendment of the Primary Education and Education Law and Some Laws' amended in the official newspaper on the date of 21/07/2012 and the 'Regulation on the Amendment of the Ministry of National Education Regulation on Primary Education Institutions'. Cyprus Primary School "and" Cyprus Secondary School "continue in the same institution together.
