The food at Cup store is amazing. The staff are very friendly. You have many food options with their menu. The presentation is excellent. The only negative I might say which may apply to many restaurants in Turkey is the service and timing. Basically will bring whichever food is ready and not all the food at one time. I will go again and enjoy the cuisine

Awesome place to take a coffee (they have really huge amount of types to choose). Also there is delicious desserts and main food. The biggest plus is cool-working air condition. Probably the price a bit larger than average. Anyway I would recommend this place to visit.

I'd like to share my good, room for improvement, and overall thoughts, from my recent visit to Cup Store Alanya... Short version: It's identical to going/purchasing gourmet coffee at a hospital vending machine. Long version: I initially visited, per a colleague's recommendation I go and enjoy quality food at "cheap price". My "Good" thoughts: I enjoyed the charming ambiance upon walking inside the cafe, and it's very quaint, cozy, intimate yet open. Not too stuffy, and everything looks orderly and spaciously clean. The presentation of the food/drinks ordered are wonderful and the actual glasses and/or cups they're served in are beautiful, hence the namesake of the store. For two people, ordered appetizers, a personal sized Hawaiian pizza, a grilled chicken entree, dessert, water and Blue tea lemonade, was all of $21 USD. Sans the flaws I mention below, the overall food was well portioned, fresh, presented/accurate as menu photo and flavorful. My "Room/Need for improvement" thoughts: Upon entry, I noted how there wasn't a welcome vibe from the servers of the establishment. Not even a "Hi" greeting, or If there it was inaudibly low and muffled through the face mask. I was met by who would be one of three alternating servers and chose a table alfresco, as my son and I were meeting up to have early dinner there. After I was seated and given a menu, it took more than 10 minutes for one of many servers came to service my table, and there were more empty tables than occupied. Being a former waitress/hostess/server in a past life, I'm quite familiar of a universal server time etiquette towards what is called "romancing the customer(s)" in a(n) food service setting. Given, I've already visited several Turkish restaurants in the same neighborhood as the Cup Store, I'd say this experience was lacking and not a great representation of good cheer and celebratory/cheerful welcome the Turkish restaurants/cafe's/food service businesses aspire, or are known for. I also observed this pattern of seeming servers standoffish-ness (not the same as necessary social distancing measures) happening to a few other patronizing customers during my visit. Once my son arrived, it would be another five minutes before he was presented with a menu, but wasn't asked if he'd like a drink either. After my son arose from his seat to find a server, and deciding to have his order placed as a to-go, is when a different server ended up taking his order, and was courteous enough to offer in letting my son know how long the order would take to complete...That is the server who received gratuity. I ordered for my drink to have no ice, and it was more than half filled with ice. I asked for a glass water on the side after my meal arrived, and later saw on my receipt I was charged the price I pay for a 10 Litre bottle in the grocery store. That's a first I've EVER been charged for a glass of water at a sit-down cafe/restaurant...And the water was served with no ice, lol. My entree of Tavuk Izgara (grilled chicken) breasts were on the dry side, but still butter knife cut tender. The sauce that comes with made up for the dryness and was flavorful. My other issue was the steamed broccoli (see photo) was not cleaned prior to cooking, and it was evidenced by the brown mushy, gunk between the otherwise perfectly steamed veggies, I didn't eat. We were not invited to dessert, but my son did order with his to-go. My Overall thoughts: My lower rating is based on the lack of human service/communication from the servers (maybe they don't like humans, or they were just having a bad hair day, idunno), and oversight of cleanliness in the steam veggies that accompanied my order. Other than that, I feel it's a cozy place to go, sit, sip, & munch while people watching, and living your best life from your introverted side.

Unfortunately the extremely poor customer service is what impacted my rating. My husband and I drove 30 minutes today specifically for this coffee shop. I was impressed with their specialty coffee choices and wanted to try it. Upon arriving we had questions about the drinks and asked for descriptions of the desserts because only the titles are provided. The male server was extremely unhelpful and rude offering no information. They have 0 flexibility with coffee orders.. my husband asked for cream with his espresso but was told no. I ordered the special triple coffee which contains star of anise and carob. It was delicious and smelled so good. The presentation was fantastic. I also ordered the Mocha latte cake and it was very light, fresh and yummy. Had we had a better experience I would be happy to go back and try several of their other coffees but because of our experience we will not be returning. They charge premium prices for their specialty coffees and this should come with decent service. Turkey is known for their excellent service and unfortunately this place does not live up to that. Such a shame because it’s a wonderful design with great potential.
