★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabzonun bir çok yerinde pide yedim ama İhsan Usta kadar güzel leziz ve malzemesi bol yapan yok. Trabzon da tek geçerim. Özellikle peynirli kuşbaşılı karışık ortaya yumurtanın sarısı benim ve arkadaşlarımın favorisi. Fiyatı uygun. Sürmene pidesini çok rahat geçer.
I ate pita in many parts of Trabzon, but Ihsan Usta is as delicious as it is and it doesn't have plenty of ingredients. I'm the only one in Trabzon. Particularly mixed with cheese and egg yolk is the favorite of me and my friends. The price is affordable. It is very comfortable to pass.

Black Sea pita with minced meat is magnificent, master ihsan is the master of this work, after the pita comes out of the oven, a lot of butter is put in it, if you do not like butter, make sure to specify it. Bon Appetit.
