The Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, which was located in the Ihlasiye Madrasah between 2002-2009, has been moved to the Cultural Center opposite the Municipality of Bitlis in the Hüsrevpaşa Neighborhood since 2009 and has been serving in this place.
