★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epey oldu Adana'ya gidemeyeli. Kebabı ve şırdanı saymıyorum bile. Lâkin iki şeyi daha çok özlüyorum. Hacının Şalgamı ve Çukurova Şekerleme'de tattığım sucuklar, cezeryeler ve satın aldığım sucuk, cezerye, bal ve antep fıstığı ile yapmış oldukları tatlı. İşini bilen ve iyi yapan bir işletmecilik anlayışına sahipler.
 Well, it shouldn't have gone to Adana. I don't even count the kebab and the gum. But I miss two things more. The sausage that I had tasted at the Hadji of Turnip and Cukurova Confectionery, the temples and the dessert they made with the sausage I bought, cezerye, honey and pistachios. They have a business sense that knows and does their job well.

?? Balla yaptığı ürünler, şekerle olanlar, glikozla yapılanlar hepsini söylüyor. Hepsinin fiyati da ona göre değişiyor tabiki.mesela valla olan lokumlar 150 TL kilosu, şekerle olanlar 90 TL demişti bunu yanlış hatırlamıyorsam.40-45 e de var yani lokum.takdir sizin keseye göre.
? Bana balla olanlar çok şekerli geldi sanırım ben tatlı yaparken de tariflerde bir tık aşağı kullanıyorum onun için :)

De I'm using a click down on the recipes as well as making it sweet for me so I guess the ones with honey came too sugary :)
