Initially appearance is excellent but then appearances are deceptive. Needs alot of attention. No covid procedures followed. No social distancing. A great thermometer at restaurant that was never used..False advertisement of numerous speciality restaurants that were actually closed . Staff rude and spent more time on their mobiles. Good luck trying to find a clean table at the restaurant. Food appalling. Very poor English. Tailored for other cultures. Guests obnoxious and awful. Grown adults actually fighting over inflatables at pool slides and lifeguards are racist and allow this to happen. The beach was lovely but spoilt by scruffy guests. Staff at the beach excursions were the friendliest bunch of the whole hotel. Free mini bar in room that's never replaced. Such a let down. Would not recommend or return. And Yes I did stay here unfortunately and yes I did complain to be offered free late check out and miraculously a place in the Italian restaurant which I was told was closed/booked only to be served a food that I had told staff upon entering that I was allergic too. Sorry Crystal waterworld but your staff need full customer service training and the whole place needs a deep clean. Also replace the chefs!!! Love Turkey but not this place.

Great stuff. Beach is nice (part of it sand, part of it mixed with little stones). Rooms are nice. Cleaning is good. Wifi works fine. Aquapark is great. Pools, shows, animation is good. Food is various. The kitchen team is nice and just if guests could treat them better. Nice stay.

Everything is above average. But foods quality and variety are very low. Another strange thing is that: one of staff is come to guests and recommend hotel by guest mobile!! So don't value to some of stars and recommend or reviews Totally the hotel is fine but in medium level.(except foods)

everything about this hotel. There has only been stress from the time I booked until I checked in. It has been a big disappointment, as I have previously been happy when I have ordered through you. My wife has a critical dust allergy and became extremely ill as soon as we got to the room. It`s dirty and very unhygienic, everything from walls / surfaces to switches is full of visible stains and dust. What shocks us the most is the bloodstains and that there are no covid restrictions, something we were informed about on the Hotels.com website. No one wears masks and they don't keep their distance. In summary, the whole experience is ruined in that my wife is not able to be in the room, We have also attached pictures of many bloodstains both around the room and in the bathroom, which affects our safety and security. When you start to see blood stains everywhere in the room, its time to leave. Not worth the money. Rude staff who don’t speak English. The resort is massive, but not clean. Worst vacation ever.

No comment ... just wonderful ... see in the photos! The hotel is wonderful and located on the beach, it is ideal for families with children for the water park, swimming pools, water sports centers. Only good words about food and drink. Friendly staff and quality services. Clean rooms and everything you need for a successful vacation. Thanks and we will be back next year!

Still staying here now and for a nother 10 days unless I can find another hotel. Advertises 4 ala carte restaurants but only 1 open, read the reviews about poor food but thought we would give the hotel benefit of doubt. Visited Turkey many times before and always found the food to be fantastic on this occasion really disappointed. The food is the same everyday, even the lunch and evening meals are the same, very limited menu and if they run out they just throw in more watered down sauces and food the food is cold. If you don't intend to eat the hotel is beautiful with great facilities and great entertainment.

When we got there just after midnight the place was dirty with left over plates cups glasses left everywhere. We were told the midnight snack bar is open for snacks however when we got there it was cold meat absolutely disgusting. The chef was very unprofessional and picked up something off the floor to put back onto my plate which left me disgusted. The food was very limited not much variety all bland and plain again cleanliness during mealtimes was disgusting with food not being swept properly. The corridors were dark as anything need new lighting or more lighting. Big hotel with good pools and kids entertainment. However needs a lot improving. I have been and stayed with other hotels in turkey and have always enjoyed it but this one let us down for the price we paid it was worthless. The room had a good pool view however was very basic no good appealing sheets put on.. 'Daily' bar filled up with soft drinks they said however we only had 1 bottle of coke on ONE of the days the rest was just water. No iron which is a first from the many hotels iv stayed in especially for a big hotel like this to not have an iron was appalling. We asked for a kettle which came disgusting again with white powder in the inside of it showed the manager who thought it was absolutely normal. Hygiene was low in this hotel especially with the covid situation. Breakfast was standard with eggs however more or less everything is cold. They don't have a toaster so for all you people who like toast wouldn't recommend. We had to explain to them what toast was and asked for our toast to be placed in the hot oven just so they are a little toasty. Most workers had no knowledge or understanding of English which made it difficult to speak to them. For the price of this hotel I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Staff attitude was also not nice some were just moody with no smiles at all however to not let the rest down some of them were lovely at greeting us such as the luggage staff.

We stayed at the hotel for a week before pandemic. It was super crowded everywhere, specially breakfast/lunch/dinner time in buffet restaurants, therefore they couldn’t keep up cleaning those areas, sometimes plates and cutleries were not clean (attached a photo here). Once got a tequila shot from a bar and it was broken (attached a photo). Some of the staff were really friendly, like Mehmet at the family restaurant. Some of the staff were not professional at all, wouldn’t speak english at all, and were gossiping in Turkish. It was hard to find a spot near the pools, which was so frustrating. There were many chairs taken with towels and no one was even there for hours. Food was ordinary, but I would suggest the family buffet restaurant which was more quiet.
