Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & SPA

One of the best price performance bargain places that I have visited in Belek region of Antalya. The hotel is very lovely and the gardens surrounding it is very well cared for. Access to pools and sea is very easy and hassle free. Access to beverages is easy (although the hotel was full and serving everything included the line for beverages is generally very short and requires very little waiting). Meals served in the general restaurant is divided into two color coded groups of guests to prevent crowding due to covid precautions. Afterall great place to spend a holiday.

Bad quality of the food. Quantity over quality. Rude service (specially at the gate of the resort) with very limited english. Not a 5 stars hotel at all.

In generel the hotel is very good and the food was good as well. The staff in the restaurant was very hard working and they always provided a really good service. Especially Yusuf. DJ Tunca made the party nights in the hotel a lot better. He was so polite and listened to our wishes for the music. He made everyone dance and have a good time. All my respect goes to Tunca and Yusuf. They made my hotel stay much better and i will definitely come back to crystal tat beach and golf resort

I asked the staff to come and repair the air conditioning because it stays at 16 degrees 24 hours a day and it is very hot in the room, but nothing is done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was my first time (vocation) in Antalya It was a great . Our room was clearn. Reception is helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel area is beautiful. The sea and the beach are very beautiful too good atmosphere and shows The staff are very polite! ? .

Conclude firmly: I do not recommend this location. First of all, the first cleaning in the room was the fourth day after arrival, and this after talking to two employees (hardly), and finally with the manager. The second cleaning of the room was on the 6th day, and here I was lucky that the next room was cleaned and I managed to make the lady understand that I also need cleaning in the room. Once every two days I hope to meet the cleaning ladies in the hallway, so that I can buy toilet paper. That was about cleanliness. Now related to activities. It looks like there are slides and a children's pool. We had to make a "scandal" at the same hotel manager that it doesn't work, he later sent us to another person, who sent us to the slides, so that we could find that the slides didn't work. We returned s to that manager to emphasize his lack of professionalism. I don't know if our "fight" was successful, but surprisingly the next day the slides and the children's pool worked. Serving employees. Leave much to be desired. Besides not knowing English, they are not present either. If I have to choose this Resort in the future, I will definitely not do it again.

It doesn't worth to be 5 star resort. The good points are: very beautiful beach front and view, the pools were large and clean, lobby was comfortable and offering good Turkish coffee.the garden and sport ground were very refreshing and beautiful. The bad points: rooms are very dirty, they didn't clean the bathroom over the 4 days we spent there. There was no hot water pot in the room, we needed one to prepare baby milk, they brought us a terribly dirty one ? the bed sheets haven't been changed when we arrived. The balcony was very small. The food was good especially dinner, entertainments were acceptable, non alcohol beverages offered were just water and sugar..
