From the reviews we were expecting, we didn’t not get a good experience. We were very unhappy since day one. The front desk were the only people that could speak 2-3 English words. They never tried to meet our expectations. They were Rude and impolite in the slightest. Our party payed the same amount of money but we soon figured out that it doesn’t matter if you pay the same amount because my son got to sleep in the couch. When I asked to get a extra bed for him they gave it to us, it was a twin bed that was on the floor that we had to combine with the couch so he could fit (keep in mind he is 6ft) he could not fit in a twin. The Room condition not good and not clean. The Sheets all had orange stains. The Food is was good. The Beach was good too. But there was no internet in our rooms. We were promised internet everywhere but there was only internet in the lobby that’s was it. It is current 2021 and and we not getting the optimal things? It’s a 5 star resort and there’s no WiFi or no extra room that we were willing to pay for. We are really on vacation but that doesn’t mean that we have to disconnect from the World. My son had classes to do online and I had clients to answer too. Not recommend this place. First time disappointed in Turkey.

our vacation was awesome, everything was right. we look forward to coming again. The food was varied. the staff very helpful. we felt at home. we wanted to extend it, but work calls. especially greetings to the reception and guest relations. you are great. See you soon

Absolutely horrible staff, not polite at all. In the restaurants you feel like you are not welcome because no one from the staff is polite in any way, they act like they don't want you there. The people who handle the bags for you on the check-in are bragging for more money when you give them and are angry with you when you give them less than they want. Absolutely horrible

Nice hotel, not a new interior. Rooms need renovation, however, exterior design is fantastic. The workers and service is excellent. Food is good too. All crew are well train to respect you and your need. I would stay again. Mr. Ismet Deniz is the fabulous Chef. He knows his job very well. We liked the food very much.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, has everything for the kids from toddler to teenagers, hotel staff were amazing and so attentive, food was delicious and plentiful.. kids were seen more In the waffle area than anywhere else. Would we go back? Hell yes! Only downfall was, we weren't there long enough lol can't wait to go back for longer in 22 ?

Overall i really enjoyed this hotel, room was nice and clean, staff is friendly, views from the balcony are great, pools are big, beach is nice, food is tasty. Not giving it perfect score though, because WiFi is pretty horrible, bad signal in many spots on the property. Food while tasty, could be more varied.

Very beautiful hotel. the food is okay. Some staff need retraining, especially those who have worked longer at the hotel. The hotel's fruit smoothies are the worst when they mix water in. The front desk is the only place that is tip top because It is important that a responsible person (Tuba) is responsible. The bar in the lobby is perfectly okay otherwise in other bars come people with no experience. in a bar you get your drink in the morning and in the afternoon and the same bar they say we do not serve this drink in this bar. Management must have better control over staff behavior toward guests.

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Good selection of food at meal times. Entertainment staff are amazing! It’s our third time here but will definitely be returning ??
