Crystal Prestige Elite Hotel

Hotel overall is quite good. Sea water is warmer than pool water. Many pools available, also inside pool. Quite big hotel area, including beach and kids area on hotel territory. Enought beach and poolside chairs available to find few free ones. Atleast at this moment with covid restrictions. Beach was Ok and has quite good sand and stones texture, in the sense that no special footwear is needed. Workers at hotel territory are not harassing and very nice mostly. Food variety at main cafeteria is quite big and everyone should find something to eat. BUT during the restrictions you cant take the food yourself and have glass wall between, so you can't see how fresh is the food and how much you take. Food is given to you by worker behind glass. The Freshness of the salads and some food is Highly Questionable!!! ! If you want coffee, go to the Piano bar and ask for machine coffee from espresso machine ! Otherwise you get really bad instant coffee from other type coffee machine! At arrival we were given the wrong hotel room 3 times. We had standar room with land wiew. 1- was for somebody else with birthday welcome basket. 2- door was opened by bellboy own door key as ours didn't work and people was living in room already. 3- room also did not open by key and bellboy knocked this time, and wouldn't you know, somebody was already in room. 4-was the win and we got a family room for some reason (baby crib was taken away on second day). Mall under the hotel is very nice. Sales people don't harass and prices are good and written on labels. Quite big pick to find what you need. So if you are tired of guys on street, it is a nice place to do relaxed shopping. As I said, overall experience is quite OK. Hotel does not look to old or anything and if you don't let few small things bother you then it is good.

last week we were in this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon, everything was great : The room, pools, restaurants, foods, bars, staffs, beach and everything. we had a great time there and it was our memorable trip to Antalya.

I have been twice there with my family, I am planning to go back. Nice resort. only beach has little small stones, but its sand and perfect for kids. Pools are great, food was very nice. The staff was very helpfull always.

this hotel is very very great the workers were very great and warm the food i dont know how to say perfect was the food the water park well we didn't used that becuse there was too many stairs and me and my husband we are not young?? but the pools was too great and I can't describe how hotel is big thanks all the workers for this peacefully vacation

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice staff. Good location . Played with a friend in volleyball every day . Polite , attentive staff and animation . Thanks for a pleasant stay

Excellent stay. Good atmosphere very close to the beach which clean an have nice clear water. Animation team areange a lot of game to keep you busy all day. e.g. water polo volleyball just to name a few. Food drinks available 24hrs of the day. A lot of interesting, captivating night shows.

Beautiful location, wonderful view from the hotel, all local attractions nearby. Very polite and good staff. The room was spacious, very clean, bathroom is great. The room was a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, microwave. Silence, no neighbors hear. Everything's fine.

I like this hotel very much. Animation is very active and has many activities. Especially i liked yoga. It was calm and enjoy. Food very tasty and sea clean. Big aquapark and very good for children also.
