We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Good food, service and so friendly and helpful employees. Also the animation team is amazing and trying to their best to entertain everybody. We defenitely recommend to hotel to everybody!

Excellent overall experience. Food and drink were good but animation team made the holiday special. Big shout out to Alina, Nemoo and Tuna who went above and beyond!

We came to this hotel like few days and already loved it. The territory is nice, evening shows are so amazing, in the evenings they have life music performance we really liked. Also wanna say thanks to animation team for good time and good mood. They are friendly here. Greetings from Poland

not worth the money, from 5* hotel one would expect way more. unwilling, almost lazy staff, mostly knowledge of german language only. poor variety of food and the room was barely cleaned. We have not the best experience. basically all the aspects that made our vacation unworthy was staff and their approach to work and guests. Hotel as such looked really nice, pool and the beach was clean and taken care of. The hotel is right on the beach so also the positioning is great. At the end, the hotel would be great choice if the staff would do their job well.

We had ten days in this hotel and it was great full of animations. The kids enjoyed the activities of the mini club ( yoga, darts, mini disco, drawings…) big thanks to all the team Anna, Anna, Ivanna and Olga for making these moments very special :)

(+) : sea was beautiful although wavy, all the meals, desserts and fruits were delicious, staff was nice and helpful, I would like to thank them for all, location of the hotel was good, even if its zone is not huge, there was every small detail in the hotel’s complex, restaurant was clean, all used chairs and tables were being disinfected. (-) : plastic smelling waters (ceysu), dirty housekeeping (i can’t still believe what I saw a housekeeper was doing in a common used area), uncleaned room… there was an unidentifiable thing on the toilet paper left in the room, i asked for towels 3 times to housekeeper and 3 times to the receptionist, but they didn’t bring, I could get them the day after, almost any of guests were wearing masks, chaise lounges were insufficient. We liked the hotel despite inconveniences, because they can be fixed in time, I hope.

The hotel is really worth one It’s in first line of the seaside and beach is so close also good, snack bars are nice and daily animation programs also we liked. We came to sea but spent our vacation on the pool with animation team. So fun and really amazing. They made it unforgettable thanks to entertainment team so much, everything was fun, especially disco tours :)))

Very good. such an amazing days we had there. the staff are not so professional, specialty you can find a few people, even in reception, can speak English. but totally you will enjoy your trip. rooms are so clean and good enough to have a good stay. restaurants and bars are good with satisfying food, specialty sea foods. beach bar is a little bit far from beach. pool was great, very clean and perfect water. in the nights, you can enjoy the silence of pool or Beach, or you can enjoy the entertainments you can also drink in the bar, you can choose what you want to do. they are all separate and they will not annoying the other ones. some shops at the hotel have very good prices. Spa and massage was good with good prices. you can find prices in my pictures but talk to them, you can have good deal with them. Osman was the guy who was perfect to communicate and service at the bar and was so kind and professional. to transfer from airport you can also look for shuttle in airport to pay 10 euro instead of 60 euro, and for transfer from hotel to airport, guest relations "Gabi" will help you to do the same from hotel. you can take PCR test in hotel too.
