★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know where to start... Room was dirty and dark and we were put on ground floor dispite that we were promised by the agency a higher floor room and seaview. The hotel honestly doesnt deserve 4 stars... More like 2 stars, its not well maintained and overall dirty. Food was okay and i guess that this is the only thing you can do in the hotel... Just eat, no other attractions or activities. Beach is around 5 mins away and they offer a shuttle, i wouldnt say a beach tho... Its more like a garden cuz there is no sand. Anyway, i would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room service was good, not much English spoken by some staff however we were always directed to someone who understood. Food was delicious and drinks were good. Overall we had an exceptional time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I along with my wife booked an All Inclusive Holiday via Onthebeach.com in Bodrum for 10 nights between 10-20 June 2019. We stayed at Crystal Hotel (Golden Age), Gümüslük, Bodrum.
We arrived at the Hotel just after midnight. The entrance to the hotel was a very steep hill and we struggled to pull our 4 suitcases (2 x 20 kgs and 2 x 10 kgs) up the hill. However half way up a very helpful guy "Orhan" helped us with the cases. The hotel offers 24hrs Check in service so someone is always at the reception.
We checked in to a room in 2nd Floor. Orhan helped us with our cases upstairs. The room was a twin bed so we asked to change to double bed and was accommodated straight away to 3rd Floor with Double bed. The room was clean and had a balcony overlooked beautiful hills with Turkish houses and the hotel swimming pool.
The room had a very good working AC and we were actually cold during the night in hot Turkish weather.
The Hotel offered breakfast service between 7.30am to 10am with a good selection of turkish and continental breakfast.
As the room was on 3rd floor and had no lifts in the hotel we asked the reception in the morning again to change our room to ground / 1st floor. The receptionist did not speak English (also most of the staff did not speak English) so had to use google translation software to request the room change which was again done straight away and was given the room on 1st Floor. Again the room was very clean and overlooked the front of the Hotel.
The food in the hotel was very good and had different varieties each day.
The bar offered local alcoholic drinks and Soda Fountain for soft drinks (They do not have any concept of cocktails or mocktails).
The hotel did not offer any ice-creams or other snacks for kids that you expect in All inclusive apart from Burger and chips between 3pm-5pm.
The room service changed the towels and put new bottle of waters in the minibar everyday however the room was only cleaned once in our 10 nights stay and only once the bed sheet was changed.
The outdoor area unfortunately was never cleaned and the decor of the room and the building was outdated.
As mentioned earlier, most of the staff does not speak English apart from "Orhan" who was the best guy there and was very helpful and friendly. He even put some food aside for me on my request via text message to him for dinner when I was late getting back after the excursion.
The Hotel did not offer any entertainment in English and had no entertainment for kids. The TV in the room had all local Turkish channel apart from BBC World news in English.
The wifi was good in lobby however very poor in rooms.
The hotel also have a mini market within the premises and offered snacks and drinks to buy.
If you are interested in Boat trip then book it through the hotel animation rep as it was alot cheaper than what the our rep offered.
I would recommend to speak to the massage guy "Ahmet" as he offers good rates for excursions as we booked 2 excursions with our rep and was overcharged £15pp each per excursion.
Also the when booking excursion no one tells you this but the tour guides takes you to different shops to make commissions out of you and so you only get less than 2 hours to spend at the actual place you book to visit.
Hotel has its private beach area and runs a shuttle service every hour to take you down to the beach
All in all its good hotel but not good for English guests and on a very steep hill so for that reason we wont be staying there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outer appearance of the hotel is so deceitful. The furniture dates back to the 19th century. Some of the staff were friendly others were very rude. Cleanliness is a disaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an all-inclusive stay at this hotel and i can safely say that it was the worst decision we made in out entire trip!
The hotel charges an insane amount with little to no amenities in return!
We reached the hotel at 6 and were told there are no snacks and we can get dinner at the scheduled time only. No snacks were available off-scheduled hours
The hotel calls itself bodrum but is located 30km away from bodrum itself so do not be misguided by the name
It does have beautiful views but I would not choose this establishment again for my stay
The staff does not speak English very well.
My husband cut his lip while swimming and we requested for an antiseptic liquid + bandaid which the hotel refused to provide and insisted we only go to a clinic 30 km away from the hotel. We kept asking them for antiseptic to avoid infection post-which we could have visited the clinic but they refused to help. We had no other option but to get an alcoholic beverage and use it as an antiseptic!
The first room we got had a leaking flush tank and the shower was broken. We asked them to fix it but they had a very disinterested attitude towards it. We then recorded the condition of the bathroom and showed it to them after which they changed our room
The new room’s bathroom was functioning ok but the room seemed like it had not been cleaned for over a month. I took off my slippers to wear my shoes and my entire foot’s sole was black as if i had stepped on coal!!
The food taste and variety was below average. It also seemed like the staff was hired from college interns as they were all very young.
I would have given this hotel 0 stars, but i’ll give it 1 for the views
But trust me, you can get similar or better views elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to waste their vacation and money on this place
