The nice holiday, meals are great, fresh. Animations teams fabulous, 6 days per week days and evening are entertaiments, recomendet this hotel for everybody.

Food are perfect.it’s super clean and very good place to have calm time.music are perfect,but it’s like whole places in Antalya a but loud.stuff are very friendly.highly recommend.

After few experience with hotels in Lara, this hotel is so so, middle ranking. Food is good but staff are very unfriendly. Rooms are big and clean and view is perfect. Pool and beach should more hygiene

The hotel is in great location and swimming pool and facilities are great but the rooms are a bit dated, cleaners need to be reminded to change bed sheets for long stay holidays It is great for family and the food is wonderful. You will never be hungary again when taking all inclusive!

It's my third night at Crystal Centro and I can say it's been one of my best vacations ever. Everything is great. It's so clean, the pools and the beach. The staff are perfect. So friendly, nice and helpful. The food is delicious and you can easily see a lot of people who are doing their bests to provide you with the best service. If next year I come to Antalya again on my vacation for sure Crystal Centro will be my choice.

We arrived today so the first impression is all I will give. We were told our room was beautiful it’s not it’s very basic. The waiters need training they don’t smile is this because we are English? This is a 3 star hotel let’s hope it improves

Well, I booked this hotel looking at the google reviews and to my surprise most of them are not true. Here are some of my experience after staying 2 days and I am glad I just booked 2 days. First let me start with pros and there are very few. They have good spa, nice pool and pastries cafe was also good. Cons: 1. Rooms are dated and bathroom was in dire need of renovation. 2. They don't have comforter or blankets. Just a thin cotton sheets that looks like blanket. 3. No iron or iron board in the room. 4. Most of the food besides grilled meats were bad. 5. Some of the areas like Piano bar was really dirty. 6. They won't give you the room if you arrive early even though if rooms are available. If you check-in at 1:30 the rooms won't be available however, at 2 pm the rooms become suddenly available. 7. There is zero customer service at this hotel. To the management team, you guys need to train your staff to provide good customer service. Because what matters at the end of the day is the experience you take back home and I had a bad experience from Crystal Centro.

I stayed 4 days, it was very nice vacation!!! Everything was nice! The staff very lovely and helpful, the pools so clean and the beach too, food and drinks all the day! But I suggest to increase the number of room service staff ! At thank to all staff at the resort!
