Hotel Personel was very friendly and efficient. Especially barkeeper Sezer. Location is very pretty and the water at the beach was very nice but very salty. The food was also very delicious. The only Problem I have is with the bathroom in the room. It was not maintaned very well even though everything was working properly. All in all very good experience. Mikail Sen

Most kind and efficient personnel. Maybe not the fanciest place but relaxed, safe and funny environment. Ideal to go with kids. Better if you are used to Russian people. I would most gladly come back if I ever go back to Kemer.

Aura is a very nice hotel to stay. It is conveniently located and the access to the beach is nice. My experience was pleasant. I was a little worried about this due to other negative comments. Food: I think they could improve in this area. Seafood is poorly prepared. Crawfish is salty, shrimp always overcooked. The rest of food they prepare is decent. I think the variety of olives is great, also the yogurt and honey for breakfast is delicious. Fruit variety is limited but I mostly eat watermelon anyways. Service: This area is a mixed. For cocktails the bartenders are nice and they are friendly. However, there are a few employees that were always in a bad mood or lazy. When serving fruit in the kiosk, one lady would ration the portions I guess because she didn’t want to cut more fruit and she seemed bothered tourists came to her kiosk. Some servers in the eating areas were sometimes rude as well. They don’t know how to interact with visitors. Facilities: I think the facilities are a little outdated. Specially the rooms but they are still ok for what you need it. There are always empty chairs everywhere. The Gym is decent, pools are nice and clean. Overall, this hotel is good for the price. When I booked it, it was almost half of the price compared to others in the area.

Nice hotel at the beach in Kemer. Rooms are a bit old but it all works. Had to unplug the minibar because of the old fridge sound when going to sleep though. The pool and beach are great. It is a pebble beach and gets deep within about 5 meters. Enough sunbeds available even if you turn up later, at the beach and at the pool even so. There are water sports (jetski, banana, parasailing, etc.) on offer which are well organised but are certainly not cheap so try to haggle a little. The entertainment was fun and there is plenty of food and drink all day long. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and even did their best to speak some English even it was not easy for them, we figured it out and everything was fine. The beach and sea are great, the location is amazing with the view of the mountains close on the other side. This makes Kemer extra special and great to visit.

I like the beach the water was cool but have so many rocks near the beach also inside the water but it's not hurting your feets must wear the water shoes to walk on. The beach was so beautiful you can see the blue water also the pools was nice too. They have plenty of time for snacks and foods. And also they serve you good drinks too. Well if you are in the pool side you can see the mountain in the back and the beach in the front. You can choose you wanna sit near the pool or just walk to the beach and laying down there under the sun. I really enjoyed the hotel views. The rooms are okay. They have balcony in every rooms. I recommend this hotel for holiday summer. ???

Huge hotel. Lots of food. We had a great time. The staff were great, especially Emre who helped us a lot because he spoke French and was extremely kind. Good stay even if population has 99% Russian and thus much of thing are made for them, one feels a little forsaken.

overall, the location and facilities are beautiful, big space, tidy rooms. but we went to the hotel right before the season was over, and you could really feel that. half of the services weren't available and we weren't informed about it in advance. but the biggest drawback was the staff, which made us (5 girls) very uncomfortable. young male staff members were constantly bugging us or flirting, that at the end we just hide in our rooms to not interact with them.
