Crowne Plaza Cappadocia – Nevsehir, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is located in a convenient area within the city with access to the Nissara shopping center. The staff provided excellent service and always ready to help. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. The rooftop restaurant food is really good and the service is excellent taking attention to clients needs. I had the opportunity to visit the Spa which was amazing with newly renovated facilities. My overall experience was excellent and will recommend to anyone visiting the area to stay here.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful modern decor in the lobby and rooms. Has a shower and bath. Friendly staff. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which is an added benefit. Great Spa facilities.

Sad to say really hurt my expectations. there are paper cups instead of cup which can be used once. when you ask for second no one listens. Reception is pathetic. Wifi is pathetic. the staff doesn't listen to you. as i have personally called them asking for a table spoon no one respond.

A relatively new hotel the facilities are first class and all is very clean. The let down was the inconsistent service from the staff - sometimes it was excellent, sometimes we felt we were inconveniencing the staff in the restaurants. Some training and better management will go a long way. I am wheelchair bound with my leg in a cast. The easy access room was better than I could have imagined so full marks here. There is a door to the adjoining mall with a wheel chair lift down 1 metre and the lower ramp was some 6 cm short and it took 3 of the staff to lift me on the chair back up these 6 cm on the Tuesday of our stay. What was disappointing was on Friday and Saturday nothing had been done to fix a simple ramp to raise it 6 cm and the staff were again lifting me up rather than addressing the problem. Overall some more attentive management is required to raise to the experience one would expect at CP

Everything about the hotel is excellent except the location which I is why I would not recommend it anyone. Hotel itself is clean, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. However, that being said the location of the hotel is not ideal. One need Taxi to move around in the city, the transport infrastructure in Nevshir is poor. Which is why I reduced my 2 days stay at the hotel to a day and booked another hotel in Goreme for the second night. If location is not concern then I would definitely recommend this hotel as it offered good hotel experience in the city.

This hotel was just fantastic. We had a beautiful dinner at their 360 view restaurant and the service and food was top notch. We also enjoyed the spa experience very clean and super relaxing. The bedroom was also clean, comfortable and the temperature was just right. The bathroom was amazing with heated floors and a comfy bathtub. The service again in overall was fantastic we are planning another trip and we will definitely be staying. We have recommended this hotel to friends.

Its our first time to Capodisia and we decided to stay in town. We chose Crown Plaza as a member of IHG. It was an excellent choice as the hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. My full appreciation and applause is to the Hotel and Management especially the Duty Manager Mr Ibrahim. He went out of of his way to arrange our hot air Balloon experience in a short given time and our transfer to Kayseri Airport. We thank him dearly. I recommend this hotel to any newcomer to Capodisia. Cheers.

This was my first visit to Cappadokia, I stayed three nights at this Hotel, I was very impressed staying there due to the following: 1. Location is excellent, situated in the middle of the city, right in the shopping mall, you don’t have to go outside to enter the mall. 2. Very clean and comfortable rooms to sleep after long journey of visiting nearby attractions. 3. Super friendly, helpful and smiling staff which makes your stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely make this hotel my home when I visit the area in the future. Highly recommended to all tourists and visitors.
