Crowne Plaza Antalya, an IHG Hotel

Very nice crew in general. Variable breakfast with lot of fresh fruits and greens. Clean rooms, good room service. The prominad outside is very nice with 3 extra lines for 1-cycling, 2-jugging and 3-walking beside lovely beach clubs along the way where you can have breakfast or drinks or even food. Many restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

I always stay at this hotel when in Antalya and its always a 10 out of 10. I'll highly recommend this hotel due to its excellent customer service. RIM on guest relations is very helpful i called help prior to arrival as i waa travelling with family and had 2 rooms booked she upgraded my rooms as i was platinum member and also gave us 2 rooms opposite to each other which made our stay more pleasant.. . I was extremely delighted by my 2 days stay in this luxury hotel. I had a spectacular sea view from my French balcony. Clean rooms, hospitality and attentiveness of the staff is exceptional.

Excellent service welcomed with a choice of drinks while checking in. All staff so friendly and helpful, especially thr guy at door anything not a problem . Rooms cleaned daily and staff always friendly. Nice wee spa area and gym would of been nice to use rooftop facilities but out of season . Breakfast buffet very nice and buffet dinner great choice again with a friendly service from all staff in hotel. of season

We visited Crowne Plaza between 19-26 of March. My husband wasn’t satisfied with stay but for me it was really nice. Location is great. You have plenty of cafes nearby, shops, sea is just across the street which in season is huge advantage. Private tunnel which grant you access and let you go without leaving premises was closed. Hotel don’t have private beach but as far as I know no hotel in Antalya have it. Cleanliness is good, most people working there are really nice and polite greeting you with smile. Only if you have problem or request it can take some time and hustle to go through as sometimes you are getting just ignored which wasn’t pleasing. Food for breakfast is in 90% same everyday which is good or bad depending if you like consistency. I like it so for me it was huge plus. Dinners are sometimes great sometimes pretty poor. Two times we just went outside to eat in local places as buffet choices weren’t satisfying. Always enjoyed desserts tho. Unfortunately walls are not soundproof so you could hear your neighbours or even music played outside during dinner time. You are being provided with all necessary things in room - from tea and water to bathrobes, slippers and toothbrush. Grab yourself only a deodorant from outside and you are set. Some people can be bothered by cats on premises but for me it’s huge plus as I love animals and I enjoy their company during food time or when just sitting by the pool. We forgot travel adapters for uk plugs but we bought them without problem in shop downstairs. I would say in general hotel is good. Great location, good value for money. It’s not 5 start or if it is it just got pretty old and would use a bit of restoration and staff training. I still leave 5 stars as 4/5 just don’t feel right and in general I really enjoyed my stay. Let’s call it benefit of a doubt.

Amazing. Worth the money we paid. They treated us amazingly well. Big rooms. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast was good though they can consider changing the menu regularly. Was here for 3 nights and I am coming back again

Had the best stay in Turkey in Antalya Crowne Plaza. Location of the hotel is prime, right next to the beach and marina walk, very posh neighbourhood. Rooms with beach views are amazing. Best thing was the attitude of the staff - from receptionists to the manager to the waiters, all of them made us feel like royal guests. Breakfast too was amazing, with only one or two people on the counters that were not very polite but majority were great. Had the best experience and stay and would fully recommend to friemds and family and will come back again.

A lovely stay at a classy hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were of top quality. Nearby beach and attractions were easy to access. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs especially front desk staff and Emre. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Very good experience with the stay at this hotel on the quick escape

RIM on guest relations is very helpful and always remember my name and greet with great care and a welcoming smile . i was checking in and as soon as she head my name she cam out and greeted me which shows excellent care for the guests. Also the front desk staff are always welcoming and always greet with a smile . Property is dated and need a new makeover however just because of the customer service i choose to stay here everytime.
