Ben aradım konu hakkında ne yapacağım dedim Bizim suçumuz yok denildi bana yardımcı olunmadı 90 bin TL ye aldığım araç arızalı olduğu halde yanılttılar asla hakkımı helal etmiyorum
I was not satisfied at all, I had the vehicle I bought an appraisal done. After 24 hours, the transmission cost was 9500 TL. It taught us not to trust the appraisals, how can a vehicle not see the fault whose cooler is cancelled. Emanlar is not professional at all. I called and said what to do about the issue. It was said that it was not our fault. I was not helped. Even though the vehicle I bought for 90 thousand TL was defective, they misled me.

Niye az bir şey isim yapınca hemen kaliteden ödün veriliyor 1 dakka geç yap iyi bak araca şimdi gelsem yok bizim yapacağımız bir şey yok yok senin söktürmediğini nereden bileceğiz bilmem ney. Bir daha tövbe çevremde kim varsa da söyledim.
In one of the 2 vehicles I had the expert made, the original written by your company was disassembled on the engine hood, the guys came from outside the city, we were both disgraced and I gave it below the price. In the vehicle my brother sold, the right rear fender was originally written and completely painted, we were a nice disgrace there, thank you. I repented again and said to anyone around me.

Herşeyi ince ince kontrol edip testler sonucunda araç başında ve dosya teslimde olmak üzere iki defada güzelce de anlatıyorlar. 05 Kasım 2021 tarih itibariyle Standart paket 250 TL ; detaylı ekspertiz 500 TL ücrete tabi. Aralarında pek fark yok 250 TL lik standart paket yaptırmak bence daha makul.
I recommend you to stop by with peace of mind when buying a vehicle. They check everything finely and as a result of the tests, they explain both at the beginning of the vehicle and when the file is delivered. As of 05 November 2021, the Standard package is 250 TL; detailed appraisal is subject to a fee of 500 TL. There is not much difference between them, I think it is more reasonable to have a 250 TL standard package.

Relevant and expert personnel, 2 different appraisal options are available, customers generally choose detailed appraisal for high segment and automatic transmission vehicles. After the appraisal, the responsible appraiser tells the buyer about the missing or faulty vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyalı parçayı değişen yazmaktan başka bişi bildikleri yok kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Şimdiye kadar 4 aracımdada defarca ekspertiz yaptırıp her yerde boyalı çıkan parça ne hikmet ise çözümde değişen çıkıyor .
They do not know anything other than changing the painted part, I definitely do not recommend it. The part that has been painted everywhere so far in my 4 vehicles has been appraised many times, but the solution is changing.
