Very happy with the stay, the manager was helpful. The room was by the pool, location is few min to sea. The pool was decent size

Dirty hotel, tiny rooms with dirty broken furniture, wi-fi is not working 80% of the time (their “fix” is to reload the router). Receptionists are not friendly at all (none of the requests was ever satisfied).

It’s a very cosy boutique hotel, close to the city center, not expensive at all, clean rooms, very very good AC, fridge in the rooms are cold, very good WIFI, the staff is so friendly and helpful. So if you are looking for nice hotel with very afordabke price i would say this is the one. You wont regret at all!

Hi, The worst hotel I have ever been to. Broken bed frames. No Internet service at all for the 2 nights I stayed. Horrible customer service. Worker act as if they don’t know about any problems and they’re not willing to support and help. Please make sure to check if they have Internet service before you come in.

However booking canceled my reservation and I can not write there. So i paid this money just location. breakfast terrible. cleanless terrible. refrigator is not worked. i stayed 4 days and I told about this problem every day. no electrik kettle no safe. personal is rude. I booked with free cancel but Hotel told pay half money and check in day they canceled our booking. Positive Only I can they about Seda. She adviced us interesting places. Also kept our booking. And wanted help us

I stayed there for a short time. Location was ideal just two blocks from the restaurants and bars the neighborhood is quite which was really good for me. The most appealing part of this is sedush. She was very helpful and kind in helping me with everything I needed. She was basically your own private concierge

The pros: It was very close to old city center. We were able to walk to the marina and castle without difficulty. It has parking spots available. It had a room available with four beds (we have four people in our group.) The staff were kind and housekeeping was quick to come and help when we needed it. The cons: The shower in our room did not drain properly and water very, very easily flooded into the rest of the bathroom. There was standing water around the toilet after the first shower (after which we realized what was happening.) We had to call housekeeping to bring a mop and even afterwards, the bathroom remained damp. Wear flip flops at all times! There was an air conditioning unit but it wasn’t very powerful. Only two light bulbs in our room worked. Overall, the property just looks a little run-down, like the whole place needs a good scrubbing. I can’t speak to what the other hotel rooms looked like, perhaps they are better.
