★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlandaki Kiralık olan evlerim için aradılar. Klasik 'evler için yardımcı olalım ' diye.. Fotoğraf çekmek istediler , fotoğrafları yetersiz buldular, daha 'profesyonel ' çekiyorlarmış. Çekin bakalım dedim.. Apartman görevlisi yardımcı olacaktı .. Bir gün aradı Ata isimli kişi, 25 dakika bekletti çocuğu güneşte .. Sonra arayıp işi çıktığını söyledi ! Sanki kiralık ev iş değil gibi ! Ve ben aramadım kendilerini ! Sonra bir daha aradı, gideceğim dedi , bu sefer beklediler ' araba yok gidemedim kusura bakmayın '! Tabii güven olayı bitti .. Bürona gelen kişi ile ilgilenecek isen bir başkasını arama. Hatta aramayacaksın, dürüst olacaksın..Sonra yazdı araba yoktu bekledim diye.. Kendisini uyardım hatanı kabul et yine git fotoğraf çekmeye, bu sefer ' müsait olunca giderim ' diyerek düz duvara tırmanmaya çalıştı.. Sanki ben ne yaptığını anlamıyorum .. Hem kendiniz aradınız hem de Güven vermediniz .. Klasik anlayış ile Gayrimenkul danışmanlığı olmaz, kiraya vereyim, komisyonu alayım sonra da ne halin varsa gör misali.. Boş kalsın o evler çok ta merak ettiğim bir şey değil..150 tl nin başında veririm bir ilan .. Kiralayana da hiç değilse taşınma masrafa bedavaya gelir !
