Hello All, Just want to share an experience with Corendon Aırlınes. By far is the worst airline I have been associated to. We are bunch of student here in Hurghada, Egypt travelling to Berlin, Germany for our second semester through this Airlines. We got to know about these airlines from our fellow students who were to travel from Hurghada to Berlin using the same flight as us and they were denied at the airport stating its a chartered flight (Egyptian citizen cannot board a chartered flight) and thus they couldn't manage to board that flight. They were given the reason that they were here in Egypt for more than a month and so they cannot fly with a charter flight. Now the issue is about why they never gave such information about a flight being chartered flight and not a regular flight (before or after the booking was done). And moreover the airport authorities are stating that the Airlines are one who have such kinda rule and they are themselves not allowing the students to board the flight. It has been really rough time contacting the airlines service center as no one is answering after keeping us to wait for almost an hour on the IVR. More surprisingly they are not even replying to numerous emails. So I'm afraid that we also gonna face the same issue as we have booked the same flight for our destination and hence ending up loosing our money. So my kind request to all the people who will be here in Egypt or anywhere in Europe travelling to new destinations should avoid using this airlines as they will not only cheat you but also won't have anyone in contact to resolve your queries. #corendenairlines

Unable to get to speak to anyone after Corendon cancelled my flights. Had no confirmation email from their customer services department. Probably the worst Airline I've had the missfortune to use. They never reply to emails or complaints and it's impossible to speak to anyone direct

Do not use Corendon. Total scammers. Unable to get in contact with. They are totally unreachable, neither from the headquarters nor from any of their communication lines. They don't respond to emails, don't respond to the contact form to which they refer every time. I am unable to speak to someone directly and get my money back for my cancelled flight.
