★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anadolu gezimin son durağı Karsta Kazım Ustada kelle paça çorbasını denedim ve çok memnun kaldım. Yalnız Sülfittin in kelle paçası öyle lezzetliydi ki bu içtiğim en iyi ikinci sakatat çorbası oldu.
I tried the head trotter soup at Kazım Usta in Karsta, the last stop of my Anatolian trip, and I was very satisfied. Only Sulfittin's head trotter was so delicious that it was the second best offal soup I've ever had.
