I ate the yoghurt-added head trotter soup. It was good overall, it had a slightly sour taste, but it was good. It's warm. Those who want hot, specify in advance.

Kemik suyuna çorbanın içerisindeki et yeteri miktarda olsa da çorbanın kalitesi oldukça düşüktü. Çorba şansını başka yerlerde aramalı There was not even a finger size of meat in one serving of beyran. It was pure water soup. Birlikte gelen yeşillikler ve kızarmış ekmek yemeği muhteşem hale getiriyor. Yemek sayesinde gayet besleyici bu sebzeleri de tüketiyorsunuz. Sanırım sosu işin sırrı.
