Today (January 25, 2022) they were at the Consulate of Ukraine in Antalya. The reception started 15 minutes later, of course there is a queue, but well done, very friendly, work quickly and in groups.

Extremely dissatisfied with the work of the consulate. Neither calls nor letters are answered. At this very difficult time for the citizens of Ukraine, no one will provide any assistance. I have a question. Why do workers go to work and get paid? Maybe they are at the forefront and others would perform their duties better?

Many thanks to the Consul of Ukraine in Antalya and to its employees for their civic position and loyalty to the Ukrainian people ... Yegorova Snizhana and her gang should receive not a renewed foreign passport but a stamp TRAITOR OF UKRAINE !!! And in general deprivation of Ukrainian Nationality! Such as she should not be in Turkey, but in the prison of Ukraine ... To sew a uniform for the Ukrainian Military ... And not to roam the resorts of Turkey ... Glory to Ukraine ?? Truth and victory for us ....!

The staff are very polite, patient, answer many of the same (sometimes a bit silly) questions day after day with a smile on their face. Unlike previous comments about the fact that documents are not printed at all, I can say that they are already printing, but it’s better to print it yourself if possible anyway. Due to the influx of people, their printer constantly breaks down and this slows down the process. You can scan or print documents at any Internet cafe, specialty place or bookstore, you can search on the map and save time and nerves for yourself and others. Even if you do not know exactly what documents you need, at least you can make 1 copy of your passport for EVERY action. Thus, if you need to get 2 documents at the embassy, ​​then you need 2 copies of your passport. !VERY IMPORTANT: I ​​and many others encountered a problem when paying the consular fee. It is paid only through a Turkish bank, for each document separately. !! But it is impossible to pay without a Turkish ID card or a residence permit!! Unfortunately, we do not warn about this in advance, so keep in mind. There are only 2 ways out: either ask someone who has an ID to go to the bank with you and pay, or ask someone who has an account in this bank to pay a receipt using IBAN. The requisites and the amount will be given to you at the embassy.

It is a shame for Ukraine that we have such a small professional consulate: they do not even have a photocopier. But the worst thing is that for such a basic service as reconciling the translation of the document, everyone is sent to pay $ 40. (for each document) to Garanti Bank, which simply does not accept payment from Ukrainians, even those who have a non-resident Kimlik tax number. The bank says it can only accept funds from Turkish citizens. This is illegal, but the consulate can solve this problem, and they can't even reach an agreement with the bank. This is complete inaction of our diplomats. Unfortunately, the consulate staff still live by the standards of the Soviet Union, except for a young man who still tries to please people.

Terrible attitude. The staff refuses to fulfill their direct duties. They don't have a translator or a notary either. They do not answer calls or answer and are silent on the phone. Especially in wartime, they can’t advise, you need to drag yourself there for one issue. It is not comfortable. When I asked about a certificate of marital status, they said that this is done in Ukraine, which is why I came to them. Although they have this dress service. When you remind them that this is what they should do, they reluctantly do not answer questions like how to fill out an application. They don't want to work
