Şirketimiz 1986 yılında Malatya’ da ÖZOĞUZ İNŞAAT San. Tic. Kol. Şti. Mahmut Oğuz ve Oğlu ortaklığı adı altında kurulmuştur.
İlk kurulduğu dönemlerde Malatya İl Spor Müdürlüğü, Belediye ve Emniyet Müdürlüğü’ ne üst yapı inşaatı olarak işler yapmış, sonrasında Türkiye’ nin farklı illerinde çeşitli kurum ve kuruluşların düzenlemiş olduğu üst-alt yapı inşaat konulu resmi ihalelere ana müteahit olarak katılmış ve pek çok devlet kurumunun inşaat işlerini başarı ile tamamlamıştır.
