You ruined the Oran TRT junction road, you could put more teams day and night and finish it in a short time and prevent so many people from being miserable for hours in the morning and evening traffic. During the pandemic, the roads should have been built and finished when empty.

The company that messed up the Oran TRT junction road work. They humiliated people. They are trying to continue the huge road construction with 3-4 workers. At this rate, this road will not end for 2 more years.
