★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar kaba bir esnafla karşılaşmadım öncesinde desem yeridir! Baştan savma yaptığı tadilatı mı desem, bir tarafı yapacağım derken öteki tarafı yırttığını mı söylesem, iletişim problemi yaşadığımızı mı anlatsam.. Tamamiyle pişmanlık. Şiddetle tavsiye ETMİYORUM!
I've never met such a rude shopkeeper before I say! If I say that the renovations made from the beginning, if I say that one side will tear the other side, if I tell you that we have communication problems .. Total regret. I strongly DO NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle musterilerle iletisim kurma sekilleri cok kaba. Hic ne istedigimizi dinlemeden, yuzumuze bile bakmadan konusup fermuar ornegini masaya attilar. Mont fermuari degistirmek icin verdik. Fermuari yerinden cikarip yenisini yerlestirmek yerine (fermuar ic kisma yerlesmisti) oldugu yerden fermuari kesip yeni fermuari montun ic kismina dikmis. Ustelik Fermuari keserken montun da bir parcasini kesmis. Rezalet!!! Montuma mi uzulsem, üstune verdigim paraya mi bilemedim!!! Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
First of all, the ways of communicating with customers are very rude. They spoke the zipper sample to the table without listening to what we wanted, without even looking at our face. We gave the coat to change the zipper. Instead of removing the zipper from its place and placing a new one (the zipper was placed inside), it cut the zipper from where it was and planted the new zipper inside the coat. Moreover, while cutting zipper, he also cut a piece of the coat. Disgrace!!! If I lay down on my coat, I did not know the money I paid !!! I definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17/02/2022 tarihinde 2 kot pantolon yaptırdım.sadece paça boyu kısalcaktı.en basit işlem ama ikisinde de boyu farklı kısaltılmış önü uzun arkası kısa saçma sapan birşey olmuş yani.şimdi tekrar terziye götürmek zorundayım.hiç memnun kalmadım.
I had 2 jeans made on 17/02/2022. Only the leg length would be shortened. The simplest procedure, however, was that both of them were shortened in different lengths in the front, long in the back, and short in the back, so it was ridiculous. Now I have to take them to the tailor again. I am not satisfied at all.
