I discovered it during my business trip. It has a very nice location. The employees are friendly, the rooms are very good and clean, all places are disinfected within the scope of Covid 19 measures. You can stay with your family and friends with peace of mind.

I come from Istanbul and share my experiences with you; The place was beautiful, it was clean, the interior was stylish, the design of the interior was very, very high quality. Compared to most daily rental apartment companies, the staff was friendly. We had no problems. The only thing I saw was the heating. It must have been the apartment I stayed in. It was cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean place but the smell of smoke and cigar is disturbing specially in the rooms...the location is good since its nearl the Tunali st. which is a good shopping area and also 15 min. walk to Kizlay touristic and shopping location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at nearly 2 in the morning after a long flight. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation on Expedia. We had a 2 bedroom unit reserved. We were given a 1 bed 1 couch room for the night. Management did relocate us to a larger room the next day albeit a much more dirty room. The kitchen floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The ceiling above the shower as you can see in photos by other commenters was disgusting. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling above the shower from where water was dripping down while we showered.The door in the kitchen barely closed and didn’t lock which was a hazard for our children.
Concept House really isn’t a hotel, nobody comes in to give you clean towels or clean the place, you have to take out your own trash and clean the place yourself. It is a cross between a hotel and an extended stay yet there are no dishes or cups in the kitchen, what’s the point of having one?
Concept House could be a nice place if it were repaired and renovated as well as cleaned regularly. It is a centrally located place which is nice. I wouldn’t recommend
